December 27th

On December 27th, the Saturday after Christmas, some adults are going to get together without their brats and eat some dinner. If you're interested let me know and we'll count you in and work out the details.

Yesterday

I think a get-together would be cool. I believe both Kyle and Leonard will be in town in the days around and after Christmas. Maybe we could meet at the Red Iguana and catch up over tacos...or hang out in someones basement in our best Sunday clothes - just like old times.

From Shawn:  was the top of Sasha's head once in the bottom of this photo and was cropped out?  Or was it never there at all?  Either way - awesome. 

From Shawn again:  see that little picture above Klint's head?  That is my Mom and Dad on a little boat somewhere in the ocean when they were young and tan. My Mom happens so be in a bikini. Why am I telling you this, you ask?  Because one day 20 years ago, while looking at that young woman in the photo, Klint drummed his fingers together in that Mr. Burns way he used to, and asked, "Well, who is this?l"  I think that was the last time he ever came over to my house. 

I'll set the bar

This will set the bar for all future pics from all contributors. It's just the way it needs to be - there must be a level of quality here folks!

Hey everyone! Since it's been so long I think it'd be fun if everyone would write a post telling about what they've been up to. Family, kids, work, play, blah blah blah. Also, we need pictures! Then we would all be caught up for a few years and we'd be good to go for another few years. OR we could do Shawn's idea which would be more fun. Miss you all!!!

Happy Thanksgiving

I'm grateful for many things. Um, freedom. Knowledge. A connection to something spiritual. Nice weather. I'm really thankful that despite my shortcomings and insecurities I'm somehow blessed to be a husband and father. I'm thankful for friends. I'm glad to have a home. I'm thankful that turkey and football aren't the most important things to me on this day anymore.

It's been a few years, or six...

Anybody interested in doing this again?
